Dear friend: We are very pleased that you are taking the opportunity to visit this section. We sincerely hope that it will be a great blessing for your life and that you find the true peace you are seeking.
We are a church committed to know more about God through the study of his Word, the Bible. Rather than relying on man's opinions, we inquire into the Bible to see what the Lord has to say about Himself, how He wants us to live and worship Him.
Likewise, we pray that He will help us to apply His Word in our daily lives. Our desire is to communicate to you the teachings of the Bible, so that you can know and understand more deeply the God we serve and worship.
In this section you will find how to draw near to God, as well as some very useful advice and lessons on how to grow in your relationship with God and be transformed. In addition, you will find contact information such as our email and phone number through which you can reach out to us on a personal level. We are happy to help with any questions and concerns you may have.
We truly love you with the love of Christ!
“… and ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart” (God) Jeremiah 29:13 (The Bible)“
Do you already know what Jesus did for you?
God loves you, and He has a wonderful plan for your life.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life”. John 3:16
Jesus says: "I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly”.
John 10:10b.
An abundant life filled with purpose. But ...
¿why don't you experience that abundant life?
We are sinners and sin separates us from God; therefore, we cannot experience the abundant life that God planned for us.
“For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God”. Romans 3:23
Man is separated from God.
“For the wages of sin is death… ” Romans 6:23
In other words, a spiritual separation from God. Humans were created to have fellowship with God, but, because of their sin, their relationship with God was broken.
But… what is the solution to this problem?
Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation for us. Only in Him we can have forgiveness of sins and a new life. He died in our place.
“But God commendeth his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
He came back to life.
“But now hath Christ been raised from the dead… “1 Corinthians 15: 20a
He is the only way.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
John 14:6
But it is not enough to know this intellectually, you have to believe it and to receive it.
You must personally receive Jesus Christ as your Savior with repentance of sins and faith in HIm. Jesus Christ invites you personally. He says: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me”.
Revelation 3:20
Receive Christ through a simple but sincere prayer. Do it with repentance of sins and faith in Him. You can use a prayer like this:
"Lord Jesus Christ, I admit that I am a sinner. I repent of all my sins. I ask your forgiveness for all the wrong I have done. I sincerely believe that you died for me on the cross, that you gave your blood, to forgive me and save me. At this moment, I accept you as my personal Savior. Come into my heart, give me the gift of eternal life and new life. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, for having entered my heart. Amen".
It is important to clarify that receiving Christ is not something that is done every day, or through some ritual, but it is a definitive decision that the Bible compares with a new birth. It is something that is done once and lasts forever, such as our birth date.
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Savior?
It is important for you to know that, when you receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, he gives you:
“He will again have compassion upon us; he will tread our iniquities under foot; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea”. (Micah 7:19)
By His grace, the Lord forgives all of our offenses and forgets them forever. He never remembers them again (Hebrews 10:17).
His forgiveness is complete and eternal, so He will never remind us of what we did in the past.
FORGIVENESS OF YOUR SINS
"These things have I written unto you, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, even unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God."
(1 John 5:13).
It means that we will live forever with the Lord in Heaven, where there will be no place for pain, sickness, or sin.
We will happily spend eternity praising and serving our God and Savior.
(Revelation 21: 3-4,27).
ETERNAL LIFE
“Wherefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new”. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
God makes us a new creature from the moment we opened the door of our hearts to Jesus Christ. Now, our life has purpose.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God afore prepared that we should walk in them”.
(Ephesians 2:10)
A NEW LIFE
And now, what’s next?
Here we give you some advice to continue growing after this important decision.
The Bible is God's Word; You will find in it all you need to for knowing the Lord and His will for your life.
To pray is to talk to God. The Lord talks to us by His Word and He gives us the blessing of communicating with Him through prayer.
It is necessary to meet regularly in a church where the Word of God is taught.
The Word of God
encourages us to watch over our life. This means that we must be vigilant of our behavior, words and thoughts.
LESSONS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
The lessons for spiritual growth were written by the effort of some pastors, who guided by God and taking the Word of God as a foundation. They structured these lessons about the basic aspects to consolidate a strong and growing faith, namely: true christianity, assurance of salvation and obstacles in spiritual growth.
In each of them, a sincere and loving concern is expressed to guide you in your first steps in your new life in Jesus Christ, so you can remain in the Lord’s path. Each lesson is firmly based in the Bible, which supports the principles that are shared, and includes a series of tools to strengthen your learning. At the beginning of each lesson is included a biblical passage for you to memorize it, so you can start keeping God’s Word in your mind and in your heart.
At the end of each lesson, you will find review questions, an easy assessment to reinforce your learning and to develop convictions. To answer those questions, you don’t need to memorize everything; you can look them up in the lesson and answer each question.
It is our desire in the Lord that your life be edified through these lessons and that God’s Word keeps spreading to all nations. May the name of our God receive honor and glory.
True christianity tells us about what God has done for man: He has searched for us through Jesus Christ. God himself came to this world. He made himself a man like us and gave himself up for all mankind by dying on the cross to save us from eternal condemnation, thus showing us his great love.
To abide in Christ is to nurture our relationship with him.
Through the years, men have thought that it is
impossible to experience eternal salvation or at least
have the knowledge that one can have that salvation.
Someone said that in the very moment someone receives Jesus Christ as personal Saviour, 34 benefits take place in the spiritual life of the new christian.
LET’S FOCUS ON FIVE OF THE BASIC ONES..
The christian life is compared to a cross-country race and in such race there are obstacles that can hinder our progress.
However, we have God’s promise to sustain us at all times.
Which are the main obstacles that all christians face and that threaten to stop us in our progress and growth?
